The Epistle of Barnabas
Chapter 2
Forasmuch then as the days are evil, and the Adversary hath the power, we ought to give heed to ourselves and to seek out the ordinances of the Lord.
The author states that the sacrifices of the old covenant have been abolished, so that the new law of our Lord Jesus Christ, being free from the yoke of constraint, might have its offering not made by man.
